Delete your account

In the app

1. Open TracX and go to Profile.
2. Tap Your data, then Delete account, and confirm.

TracX revokes its Sign in with Apple authorisation, then deletes your account and every run, loop and setting, straight away. It cannot be undone. To remove your runs but keep your account, tap Delete all runs instead.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email support@tracx.fit from the address on your account (it may be an Apple private relay address) with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account and all its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
