How do I sign in?

With Sign in with Apple, the only way to sign in. There is no password to create. You can hide your email; Apple then forwards our mail from a private relay address.

Why does TracX ask to use my location "Always"?

So it can keep measuring a run while your phone is locked or another app is open. It uses your location in the background only during a run, until you pause or finish it. With "While Using the App", a run is measured only while TracX is on screen.

How do I delete my runs or my account?

In the app: Profile → Your data. Delete all runs removes every run and keeps your account. Delete account removes your account and every run and revokes TracX's Sign in with Apple authorisation. Neither can be undone. More on deleting your account.

I reinstalled TracX. Where are my runs?

Your runs are kept with your account, not on the phone. Sign in with the same Apple ID and they come back.
